Aquatics center hiring to fill pool job openings

The North Liberty Aquatic Center is currently hiring pool managers, American Red Cross lifeguards, and swim instructors. Employment benefits include free membership to the North Liberty Community Center (with access to weight and cardio equipment), a free uniform and flexible scheduling.
Pool managers must be 18 and have experience both as lifeguards and supervising staff. Experience with pool chemicals is desirable. Work hours include weekdays of 5:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. 4 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., with 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. hours available, as well as weekend shifts between 7:45 a.m. and 9:45 p.m. Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification is required, must be able to obtain Lifegaurd Instructor certification within six months of hire date.
Lifeguarding positions are needed for week days 5:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. and seasonal summer employment between May and September. American Red Cross certification is preferred however we can train in-house. Candidates must be at least 15 years of age.
Swim Instructors are also need for shifts that include weekday evening hours of 4 to 7 p.m. and seasonal summer employment between May and September. Experience with kids is desired. We are able to train in-house. Must be at least 14 years of age.
