City Hall Closed Wednesday, April 24, for Move

City Hall will be closed on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, so staff can move from the current, leased offices to the new, permanent building.

The final day of operations at 3 Quail Creek Center will be Tuesday, April 23.

City Hall will reopen at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 25.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Free tickets for North Liberty Night with the Kernels

On Saturday, June 23, the Cedar Rapids Kernels, a Minnesota Twins minor league affiliate, will host North Liberty Night with the Kernels, and we have some free tickets to give away.

Starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, June 18, 2018, adult North Liberty residents can each get up to four tickets at the front desk of the Community Center, 520 W. Cherry St. We have a limited number of free tickets, and they will be distributed in-person on a first-come, first-served basis only while they last. Those picking up must show proof of residency — ID or current utility bill indicating a “52317” zip code.

The gates on Saturday, June 23, 2018, open at 5:30 p.m. and the first pitch is 6:35.

Adults who attend the Slow Roll and Bike Rodeo, on scheduled for Friday, June 15, from 5 to 7 p.m., will receive a voucher to get tickets before they’re available to the general public.
