Work at Abigail Avenue and Front Street will reduce lanes today

Due to a water main break, Maxwell Construction will be performing emergency work at the intersection of Abigail Avenue and Front Street, near Van Allen Elementary. No customers will be affected by this outage.

Crews will attempt to keep two lanes of traffic open through the work, but drivers should seek alternate routes if possible. The work is expected to be completed today, but due to the depth of the pipe work may take longer. The road will not receive permanent repair until later in the year.
