City Hall Reopened at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has moved from its previous, leased offices into the new, permanent building at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Weekender: April 17, 18 and 19

The North Liberty Community Library is hosting the family-friendly Donuts & Robots from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday. They provide juice and donuts and stuff to make robots, you bring the ideas and any special supplies to want to add. The library is also hosting its regular Saturday storytime at 11 a.m.
From 12 to 2 p.m. on Saturday at North Central Junior High, is the first Kites for Kids Festival hosted in North Liberty. Put on by the Johnson County Community Partnerships for Protecting Children, the free event will offer free kites and other activities for kids as the group raises awareness of child abuse and resources to prevent it in our community.
