Request to renew your library items

Use this form to request renewal of items you currently have checked out. If you want to renew all of your items at once, please type "All items" (and include the total number of items) in the "Title" field. Otherwise, submit one form for each item you would like renewed. Please contact the NLCL at (319) 626-5701 or Jennie Garner at jgarner@north-liberty.lib.ia.us with questions or to confirm that your items have been renewed.

You will not be allowed to renew items that have a hold on them. You will be notified if this is the case. Bolded fields are required.
