Body Fit
Aerobic exercises to get your heart pumping,
resistance training to increase muscle strength and definition. Low and high
intensity for the beginner all the way to the advanced. AFAA Certified
Instructor Christina Nash. For 16 years and up.

Pilates (Wed.)
Pilates is a system of exercises
performed on a mat designed to strengthen core muscle groups, as well as arms &
legs.
Pilates combines stretching and strengthening for increased tone and
flexibility. Participants must bring your own mat to
