There is no single person in charge of RAGBRAI in North Liberty. However, our organizational structure is extensive. There is an Advisory Board including Mayor Tom Salm, City Administrator Ryan Heiar, Karen Fesler, Mark Wyatt, Rev. Alecia Williams and Adam McLaughlin.

There is a six-member Executive Committee, consisting of four Co-Chairs, a Treasurer and a Recording Secretary. Jennifer Hingst is our Treasurer and oversees the Budget Committee. Meagan Moores is our Secretary. The Co-Chairs are in charge of 19 Committees below them. Each of the Co-Chairs and Chairs of the Committees they oversee are listed below.

Food Vending Committee, sets fees and accepts applications for food vendors. Volunteers for this committee will check in food vendors at registration booth, make sure vendors have ice throughout the day, and manage electricity (check circuit breakers, etc) Volunteers will work in three-hour shifts.
