accordance with the City moratorium on multi-family site plan review.
A site plan for warehouse development by CJ’s
Construction, at 1320 Kennel Court, was
administratively held this month because the plan submitted required major
revisions
that could not reasonably be completed and reviewed by staff prior to the
Planning
