c. Request of Joe Robson to approve the site plan for Lot 2, West Lake Addition, Part Nine located
east of Kansas Avenue and south of West Zeller Street. This site plan was originally referenced
as Lot 1, West Lake Part 11 (later renumbered Part 12), but that proposed plat was denied, and
this is the original lot designation.
