City Council Meeting Videos

The following files are encoded from the original meeting video so as to be small enough in size to be reasonable to download, even on a slower internet connection. The frame rate has been reduced dramatically from the original, which makes the video look choppy or jumpy. Priority has been given to the audio of the meetings. If you would like to watch the original version of the  meeting, look for replays on NLTV (up to two weeks after the meeting date), or check out a meeting DVD at the North Liberty Community Library. DVDs and VHS tapes of City Council meetings dating back to 2000 are also available for purchase from NLTV (call 319-626-5726 or email NLTV@northlibertyiowa.org).

These files are WMV format, which requires Windows Media Player (available here for download from Microsoft). You can view the meetings in two ways: click on the link below to launch Windows Media Player. Or, if you prefer to download the video to play from your hard drive, right-click (option-click on Mac) on the link choose "Save target as..." (in Internet Explorer) or "Save link as..." (Firefox browser). Once download is complete, double-click the file in its saved location to open.

Videos should be posted by 5:00 pm on Thursday after the Tuesday meeting.
